Post-Evaluation Care Services
At Summit Neuropsychology, we offer a selection of concierge services designed to extend the value of your child's evaluation beyond the testing room. These services provide deeper insight, greater continuity of care, and personalized support across home, school, and treatment settings.
Please note that all fees listed on this page are estimated out-of-pocket rates as we do not accept insurance.
School Observation
A structured observation of your child within their school environment to better understand learning, peer interactions, and how accommodations are being implemented.
Includes:
• Direct classroom observation
• Integration of findings to provide highly tailored recommendations
• Optional brief communication with school team

Warm Hand-Off Calls
Direct coordination with outside providers (e.g., therapist, psychiatrist, tutor, school personnel) to ensure continuity of care.
Includes:
• Case consultation with receiving provider
• Summary of key findings and recommendations
• Opportunity for collaborative planning

Child Feedback Session
A developmentally appropriate session designed to help your child understand their strengths and challenges in a supportive, empowering way.
Focus:
• Strength-based explanation of results
• Building self-awareness and confidence
• Increasing motivation for follow-through

Follow-Up Sessions
Available at 3-month and 6-month intervals to support implementation and monitor progress.
Focus:
• Reviewing response to recommendations and adjusting strategies as needed
• Ongoing parent guidance and problem-solving

IEP / 504 Meeting Attendance
Professional attendance (virtual or in-person) at school meetings to support:
Interpretation of evaluation findings and
Advocate for appropriate services and accommodations.
