Designed specifically for adults, it offers a comprehensive assessment of attention and executive functioning, along with concrete recommendations tailored to your life.

Who This Evaluation Is For

This evaluation is a good fit for adults who:

  • Have struggled for years with focus, organization, time management, or follow-through

  • Suspect ADHD but have never been formally evaluated

  • Want documentation to support workplace or academic accommodations

  • Are considering medication and want a diagnostic evaluation first

  • Want to add academic/cognitive testing alongside their ADHD evaluation (optional add-on)

What to Expect

This is a short-form evaluation, with approximately three to four hours of direct testing time, plus a clinical interview hour and a feedback session hour to review your results and recommendations.

An optional academics add-on is available for adults who also want academic testing included, for a fixed additional fee of $750.

You’ll leave with a clear diagnosis (or clarity that ADHD isn’t the explanation), along with practical, individualized recommendations.

As with all evaluations at Summit Neuropsychology, this is a private-pay estimate; we do not bill insurance directly. A superbill can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
