Psychoeducational Evaluation
What Is Academic Testing, or a Psychoeducational Evaluation?
Families sometimes search for academic testing, while others are looking for a learning or dyslexia assessment or an ADHD evaluation. At Summit, these concerns are often addressed through our Psychoeducational Evaluation, which is designed to get to the root of what's getting in the way of your child's success.
This evaluation is commonly recommended for concerns related to ADHD, executive functioning, learning differences (including dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia), giftedness and twice-exceptionality (2e), as well as challenges with attention, organization, homework, and school performance. Dr. Rollet conducts a comprehensive assessment of your child's cognitive, academic, behavioral, and emotional functioning to identify their unique learning profile and provide clear, individualized recommendations to support success both at school and at home.
Psychoeducational evaluations are also available for adolescents and young adults seeking testing accommodations for the SAT, ACT, MCAT, LSAT, or other standardized exams.
Who This Evaluation Is For
This evaluation is a good fit for children, adolescents, and young adults who are:
